1 month after the Uvalde elementary school shooting I had this idea about the titular disturbing quote from the surveillance footage:

I would train a noise removal algorithm on sound fx of children screaming and then run that algorithm on an arrangement of the US anthem. I chose the Stravinsky arrangement.
Even though there are no sounds of children screaming actually audible here, there is the illusion occasionally, their absence caved into the anthem creates some very shrill noises.
